Join our expert panel discussion on tackling consumer shopping concerns

Today's modern shoppers have evolved in both attitude and behavior as they shift towards digital channels. With consumers shopping from the convenience of their homes, few things are becoming very evident. Loyalty is taking a hit as shoppers continue to switch brands at an unprecedented rate, the dependency on transacting via mobile devices is rising, and convenience and value are the leading factors in determining customer satisfaction.

Online holiday sales are projected to reach $235.86 billion this year, with half coming from mobile devices

Additionally, inflation, economic concerns, supply chain issues and shipping delays are still plaguing the industry putting more pressure on retailers as they enter the eCommerce holiday season frenzy.

Now, more than ever, creating the best omnichannel customer experience is critical to maximizing the holiday shopping season, regardless of where or how consumers are shopping.
